The contract should remain valid for a minimum period of three years.
The rates quoted by us shall remain valid throughout the duration of the contract. During this contract period, any increase in the prices of motor cars, spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, etc. shall not affect the agreed rates.
However, if the price of petrol, diesel, or CNG increases by one rupee per liter, the hire charges shall increase by 10 paise per kilometer. This condition will be applicable for point-to-point services only.
If fuel price increases are announced before the 15th of the month, the revised charges shall be applicable from the 1st day of the same month. If announced after the 15th, the revised rates will be effective from the 1st day of the following month.
All duties, taxes, fees, levies, permit charges, or any other statutory expenses related to operations shall be borne by us. The company shall not be liable to bear such expenses separately.
However, applicable taxes will be charged on the total bill amount as per government regulations.
